If you want added nutritional benefits, plus the extra of losing weight this diet is probably one of the "good guys".
This diet consists of eating food that is low in fat and high in fiber. The downside to it is that you have to purchase the Kashi products such as cereal, crackers, protein bars, protein drinks and a whole variety of other foods - and we all know how expensive buying healthy food is :)

If you do decide to go on this diet, to help those who live with you, please increase your intake of water and slowly add in the fiber to avoid gas and bloating.
