Karmically Unavailable SO Dharma Waits.......Journey

Welcome to your diary... what is an Taoist exactly? Anyway good luck and glad to hear you're feeling well enough to go off the pills. :)

Hey Dari Girl!! Well you gave me the kick in the butt to get started, so thanks. :)

Hey P! Its a lot like Buddhism kind of.......I'm this odd mix of the two so I usually pick Taoism especially if I'm talking about why i'm Vegan. I'm no help huh.

I think I kind of understand... maybe..lol

Edited to add: did some research - Tao is the universal life force and a taoist tries to harmonize themselves with that force through enlightenment... Yes? or did I screw it up royally..lol

Dang actually P, thats pretty good!

I'm beat so i'm going to make this short. I seem to be still whittling the calories down but I'm not @#$#$$% hungry. I'll make it up this weekend.
Got my exercise in, did elliptical for forty minutes, forty really hard minutes. It felt good. I'm so addicted to really hard, really fast exercise....that sounds kinda nasty huh. :D

So here's the menu if it seems simple its because it has to be. I make meals for me and my son and husband. I just don't feel like pulling out all the stops on every meal I make. Besides its kind of nice I eat what I like, instead of the middle ground for what everyone else likes. If I want mexican every dang night then SO be it!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
protein powder

Lunch:
Ezekiel bread sprouted Grain Bread 2 pieces
1 TBLSP of NAtural peanut butter
1 tsp of natural jelly (no sugar added)

baby carrots
Total Calories: 931 carbs 116 fat 16 protein.

i love that green goodness juice! It's so yummy I end up drinking the whole bottle... so I get it as a treat for myself. Have a great evening!!

Hi Dharma-
I know exactly how you feel it is so hard for me to get all of my calories in, I'm usually between 700-900, but trust me I occasionally do have my 1200 days.... I have a friend who is vegan, and I know that somethings are against beliefs or what not, but taking a supplement/something else does not give your body all it needs. Trust me- I'm in Culinary school and we take Nutrition classes...dont get me wrong theres nothing wrong with being vegan, I just feel that there are some animal products you should have in your diet.

Dropping in to say hi....

*copy above line....moving to next diary to paste *:p
Silly 30-second bet posts rule! I'm running out of lunchtime!

Hey gorgeous!! How are you doing? I'm glad to see you've started a diary. Good luck and keep up the entries. I'll look out for you!
