Kage's Progress

As I've "promised" in my Introduction thread, I'm posting pictures of myself:
(Dont mind the surroundings ;P)

Week 1 (Before I started working out)



Week 2 (Almost over. 2nd week ends on monday.)


My current stats as of today:

Chest - 104.5cm
Bicep - 34.3cm
Waist - 92cm
Forearm - 31.2cm
Weight - 81kg
 
It was late when I have posted the above, so im saying it now:

Im looking for advice/tips or any comments on what else to do besides carry on what Im already doing.

Is it more is or there a huge change from week 1 to week 2? (considering its only a week)

Changed my exercise routine:
3x10 Machine Row - 70kg
3x10 R. Machine Row - 70kg / 3x10 1H DB Row - 10.5kg
3x15 Pushups
3x10 DB Curls - 10.5kg
3x10 Behind the neck raise - 35kg
3x10 Twist Crunches
3x10 R. pushups

I want to concentrate on weight loss a bit more, to lose that belly of mine.
Also, Im not following a strict diet right now or anything, just trying to eat less than I usually do.
 
when it all comes down to it, it is a combination of diet and exercise
