Hi all! The name is actually Ky, I'm 18, and between the height of 5'5" and 5'6". I weigh 191 as of today. 
A bit of history about myself, I wasn't always a big child, not even a chubby child. When I hit my teens however I quit sports and ate out more. Last year when I was 17 I stepped on the scare and I was like woah! 224 pounds! AH!
So I spent a while eating right and exercising and hello 190s. Now I'm 18 and still stuck in the 190s. I want out.
I know my problems are I eat too much and don't exercise enough. I tend to eat when bored, sad, happy, and..just too much! And ugh I do like veggies and fruits, but its like I just automatically reach for the junk. I'm working on it now!
At the end of June is my friends grad and I want to be at least 160 by then. I know I can do it.

btw: I did eat fruits and veggies today. Sadly I didn't eat breakfast and I had too slices of pizza.
Another btw: At 224 I was a size 18. Now I'm between a size 16-14 Depending on the jeans. I current bought a size 15s thinking they would fit. Blah barely. x_x Odd because I have the exact same size jean in a different color and it fits perfectly! Oh well looks like that is my first goal jeans to fit into.
. I resisted them, and now they aren't here to taunt me anymore. w00t.
