Wow...that is a lot to have gone through at 22. First: Good for you for coming here and beginning your journey to weight loss and better health. Don't get discouraged if you slip in anything, just get back up and try harder. Like everyone you may have off days where you eat badly or don't exercise or whatever, just push past and keep moving forward.

Wow, indeed. I think you made wonderful decision for you life and I wish you the best of luck. I'm going to do it the same way, old fashioned. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress. Good luck :seeya:

Welcome back. I slunk back to the forum as well (alllll the way from 2009). So, don't be embarrassed. If weight loss were that easy, we'd all be whatever size we wanted.

That's so scary about your surgeries. Glad to hear you're improving your health the old fashioned way. I think that's probably the most effective long term. :) I'm scared about stumbling too, but consistency wins. If you have more good days than bad they start to add up.
