Just wondering what your #1 Weight Loss tip is?

I have 2 for stopping snacking, or as I call it, the midnight munchies.
1) We are mostly made of water and I've been told that sometimes when we feel hungry it is actually water we want. So I have a large glass firstly when I feel like snacking I also have one before a meal as well as during.

2) Many years ago I did a sponsored fast and sleeping 'out' for 24hours. We were advised that when we felt hungry to clean our teeth as this took the edge off it. However, no one told me how to clean my teeth sleeping in the porch of a cathedral.
 
1. Drinking Plenty Of Water

2. Regular Exercise. Either a jog or gym workout. But if you are too lazy, invest in an exercise workout machine and put it besides your bed if you have to.

3. Eat Right With Balanced Meals With Vitamins, Proteins and Carbo.

4. Sleep Early For At Least 8 Hours

I know this sounds like old school typical parenting and friends' advice you probably heard of many times but despite of all the programs and supplements that media and advertising claim to work wonders, there is no better substitute for that.
