Yeah, I'm feelin' pretty good about my exercise routine. I hit it pretty hard every morning before work and workout for a little over an hour. I'm lookin' good, uh-huh!
So this weekend my dear hubby decides that we should throw a party on Saturday evening (5:00PM) to celebrate the completion of our new shop/garage. Only problem is they finished the bricking on Friday so there is about two & 1/2 tons of broken brick laying all over the yard around the 1600 sq/ft shop.
Nooooo, problem. I'm a powerhouse!
O-M-G! after moving about two tons of broken brick with a wheelbarrow, I could barely get out of bed the next morning. I had to sit down to tie my shoes!
WHY does everything hurt? I guess I need to kick it up a notch at teh gym, huh?
