I go and hurt my ankle, believe it or not it wasnt through exercise though, It was at work which makes it even more upsetting as I have managed to get a good healthy balance of food, exercise cardio/strength training and everything that comes along with healthy lifestyle changes.
Ive lost over 40lbs so far and feeling great
So I really just want to know what exercises I can do now?
I mean is there a substitute for the jumpy sorts of cardio? I like to feel my heart race as odd as it may sound
I dont own an exercise bike and everything I have been doing involves a lot of jumping or farely high impact.
So is there anything else I can put in place?
I have been advised to rest but surely I cant just stop exercising altogether?(I dont want to put weight back on
) and I dont know how long my ankle is going to take to heal.
Any ideas?
