Just wanted to say hi

Hiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just joined the forum today.

I started working out in a gym on September 15th, 2009.

I have been in good to great shape before but have almost never used weights before and just wanted to give it a try and see what it could do for me.


I joined the site so if I run into any walls with my workout routine/progress. I could find some answers to help me get around them.
