Hey there everyone... I just came across this forum tonight and I am soooo happy that I did. My name is Andrea and I'm 21 and from Northern Kentucky in Hebron. I want so bad to finally lose weight but I always get discouraged so hopefully with this site I can get some encouragement from everyone and make some new friends that are trying to achieve the same thing I am.

I weight 283 lbs right now.. ughhh miserable... and I would love to get down to 199 lol by the end of 2007. I'd llike to lose more than that but that's my goal for now.

Welcome to the forum!! You're right, this is a great place!!! I've gotten so much encouragement from here! I know you can loose the weight! This is the first time in my life that I've ever lost weight and I blame it a lot on these guys here :p So jump on in and let me know if you need anything!!!
 
Good luck on your journey. You should easily be able to get to 199 by the end of the year, if not more if you go for it.
Ive gone from 319 to 217 in just over 6 months so go hard :)

Its worth the hassle!

Welcome and goodluck to ya! It's hard but can be done
I know you'll be able to do it.I live in Bellevue kY about 15 minutes
from hebron. I would just keep updating your diary daily with foods
and exersices to get an ideal what you are doing right or wrong?
Also keep healthy snacks on the go for when your out or in school
for your breaks.Have a gr8 weekend,Tammy:)
