I am new and at the beginning of this journey. I am 155 pounds and I wish to lose 10 ponds in the next two months. I know I am over weight, not just because the military says I am, but I remember what it used to be like 30 pounds ago. I want to lose weight and be myself again. I feel I have gotten into a rut; stopped my diet completely and exercising all at one time. I chose two months because it's realistic and it takes about two months to form a habit. I feel I can do this. The past month I was on a diet and didn't really feel much. I felt it immediately once I stopped though. I need help and support through this, from people who have been there and gotten past it. I start tomorrow will keep writing and supporting others on their journey.
 
Welcome to the forum. You can do this. I don't know what you eat on a regular day but 10 lbs in 2 months is doable. Being healthy is most important & being able to maintain a healthy weight. Do you plan on keeping track of what you eat, have an exercise plan...? Let us know a little more & we will try to help you. This is a supportive place. Cheers, Cate.
