Hey all,

Just joined today. Over last couple of months I've lost a few pounds but I need to focus properly and 'just do it' now. Im hopeing that I'll be able to get support from fellow members here over the months to come!

When i first started two years ago i started to track everything i ate and how i moved. I became aware of how i ate and why i ate by just journaling my thoughts every time i ate i did this for 1 week without changing anything in my lifestyle.

Small changes is what needs to be done.

Start a food, exercise, thoughts journal best tool there is to help you along the way of improving your lifestyle.
