Weight control is for life getting experienced at is now is great. I believe you will do some more growing, My boys all were overweight around 11 to 14 then grew from 5' 6" to 6' 3" and ended up thin, gained and are a good weight now. I encourage you to practise and get real good at it. amen, kathy
All I can tell you is starting at 15 is the way to go. You've got a fast metabolism, you're in high school and active and I hope for your sake you're not drinking. All of this adds up to a recipe for success if you change some of your habits. Lay off the soda, replace with water and keep your video gaming in moderation. I wish I would have really started at 15 doing the things I just told you. You can do it!
