right, i wanted to know is it good when cutting to lift heavy weights? if anyone can point me to a thread about cutting then thatd be great thanks

those Muscle Toning Belts. What are they? How do they work? and Do they work in what their supposed to do?

Yea, lift heavy to minimise muscle loss/ and even carry on gaining muscle.
