Just some questions and etc. :)

OKay i have started my healty diet...staying within my calorie range and trying to exercise im thinking of doing what i always did 50 mintues of pilates 10 mins each has something different from your waist,arms,legs,etc. and i do atleast 30 mins of my staionary bike i would do more but after like 20 mins my butt hurts from the chair...lol...so i can only do 30 and if i wait acouple of hours im sure i can do it again but i get tired from pilates and those 30 mins of the bike...ughh.....im also a stay at home mom and my daughter really doesnt let me exercise cause shes somewhere messing around and i cant watch her good. So i kinda fall back with the exercise. so all i did today was 30 mins of pilates im have to do some bike exercise as well.

but im wondering if this is good or should i do more......if i do 50 mins of pilates and say 30/60 mins of moderate staionary bike mon-fri. yea i like to take the weekend off :) should i do more /less???? i want to be able to lose the weight so if someone can tell me if im doing it right or not..

and another question. when i start to lose weight will the first couple of pounds be water?...how will i know after that im actually losing the fatty weight??

so i need some opinions with that :)
