Most of us here follow traditional methods which involve eating healthily and becoming more active - for the simple reason that most of us gained weight because we had developed bad habits regarding eating and activity. We realised that without learning new habits and adopting a healthier lifestyle we were unlikely to ever successfully maintain any weight loss.
There is however a section devoted towards losing weight via surgical methods. This is no easy option as people still need to eat less food to bring about the weight loss.
