Just saying hi :)

Hi my name is Katie, im 30 years old. I've been a long time lurker on this site so I thought it was time to sign up and introduce myself.

I have been struggling with weight loss for a number of years now. I have tried a few different approaches to losing weight (Gym, P90, running until I drop) with moderate success but I recently came to the revelation that I can exercise until the cows come home but without the correct nutritional program I am never going to reach my goals.

About 6 months ago I came across a program called Body By Type that focused on different programs for different body types. I was a little skeptical at 1st but after using all the nutritional tools in the members area I realized this program makes a lot of sense. I have been on it 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. I just wanted to share my experience and offer any advise I have gained to anyone who might need it but overall I just wanted to say hello and thank all of you for the amount of support I have gained from this forum.
