New to the area. I am 5 foot weigh about 155 i have tried many different things, i now am going to try the Pilates DVD by Leslie Sansone, It seems like i can do so wonderful for the longest time, then i fail. and it seems really hard to get back on track until one day you wake up and find the jeans that were fitting really good are going tight once again. So i am back on the cutting out things, and am going to try this exercise.

welcome...i'm new as well!! and way to go with the keep on keepin on outlook you just need to find something thats fun for you, so it doesn't feel like chore! i suggest running or dancing (my favorites) good luck!!
