Hello to everyone! :action11: Just want to greet everyone on here and introduce myself very quickly. My name is James, I'm 23, and I am an RN in the ER. I have been working out regularly since I was in high school, so that's about give or take 7 years. I am 5'10 164 lbs and can't seem to gain any weight above 165. Anyhow, I have never thought about joining a fitness/health forum until now. So that is me and hopefully I can gain knowledge from everyone of the members on here and in exchange share some of mines!
