Just Registered

I am new to this site.
Since Jan 2011 to today July 31, 2011, I have lost 45 pounds!

I want to loose at least another 65 if possible.
I think my body will maintain at 150-175 though. 120 is too low for me.

Another 65 would bring me to 150..so the lower end were I think I will maintain well.

Very exciting!!!
 
Next Dietician Weigh-In

August 16, I will weigh in again with the dietician I see.

Jan 2011 118 kg (and at times alittle over)


Times I saw dietician
March 30 115 kg

May 3 109 kg

June 7 103 kg

July 8 100 kg

Aug 16 ??? kg
 
Aug 16, 2011 weigh in was 211.8


I lost 8.5 pounds since Aug 8th 2011 visit! I anticipated being 209. I would have been two pounds litghter if I was more careful about what I ate, but still really happy about my progress.

If anything, it was a lesson to really watch it and not let my gaurd down. Will make up for it!


Next weigh-in with dietician on is September 6, 2011
 
First goal weight is 200 pounds (90 kg) Almost here!!!


Second goal weight is 175 (79 kg)


Third goal weight is 150 (68 kg)


After that, I will evaluate how my body is doing with maintaining and if doing well, I want to shoot for 135 (61 kg) to 125 (56 kg) to 120 (54 kg)


I am 5'4" 1/2 (64.5 cm) in height
