Just registered ~ Looking for solid fitness advice & motivation

Hi there. I started to get back on track mid-May 2012 and now 3 months later I've lost around 25 lbs and have a better grip on my diet. I am currently lingering around 180lbs, goal weight is 165lbs lean muscle mass. Male, 30 years old, 5'6"
