Yesterday I got a body fat test (water tank). I weigh 168.5lb with 14.3% body fat (so 144.4lb of lean, 24.1lb of fat). On the chart the reccommended lean body mass for 6'4 is 148-191lb. I have been lifting every other day with most muscles and dieting well, getting lots of protien(started it all a month ago). So far I haven't gained any weight on the scales, but I am definately gaining strength and muscle, and seems like I am losing fat. I thought that when trying as I am that you usually gain fat along with lean mass? Also how long do you think it takes to add like 20lb to lean mass with my working out?
