Just Got a Cool Workout Tool

Hey,

So my cousin has been using this new thing called the Total Bar by Fitryo and I got mine today. This thing looked funny at first but my cousin has been saying how it's addictive and stuff and I started using it today and I actually feel the burn and all.

I got their middle package so it also came with a cool nutritional booklet. Check it out

I still think that the gym and its environment would be hard to replace. Especially if the person works out by themselves with no personal trainer there to motivate them.
