Good morning, My name is Linda and I am here for new ideas and encouragement with my weight loss. Last year at this time I had lost 89 pounds. I have gained all but 29 back. I lost it fast and I gained it back just as fast. I am ready to start this journey (again) of lifestyle change. What a great day to start...November 1st. :waving:
 
I am so sorry to hear of your recent weight gain. Sadly many of us have lost weight only to regain it all (in fact there were times when I ended up heavier than I had been in the first place).

This is one problem that many of us have with VLCDs - they do not teach new eating habits so people have no experience to fall back on other than unhealthy eating - not that this is necessarily the method that you used to lose the weight.

This is why we need to adopt a new lifestyle with the concept that it is a change for the rest of our lives.

Get a free account from and log your food and exercise and check that you deserve weight loss from the calorie balance. Study the nutrition section and hone the nutrients so that they hit the targets that you have deduced appropriate from your study of the nutrition section.

I am in the same position now!
I have learned that the best way to change it forever is to make a total lifestyle change, for me i thought I had, but I guess it was just a lie to myself so I feel that is why i gained it all back.
