Hey guys,
I currently am trying to gain weight but believe me, I have alot of experience with losing weight. In october of last year I realized my life was not how I wanted it. I was overweight, I drank daily in large amounts, I missed classes - even my favorites like Public speaking. I did what was nescessary. I didn't want a temporary solution like a diet, I wanted a permanent/sustainable solution.
So...I changed my lifestyle, it was hard work and worth it.
I lost 65 pounds since then.
I now weigh about 170 / 175 and am about to begin blogging my journey to run my first marathon now. I hope no one minds my weight loss and marathon training blog in my sig, I don't sell anything - just want to share experience and lessons learned.
