Hi all! For once in my life I am so excited that my mom was right about something. last week I strained my ankle while running and went to Walgreens to get a bandage to wrap it. While there my mom suggested taking an epsom salt bath to relieve the pain so I thought why not. While looking for an ace bandage I found an epsom salt product in the first aid section called Pepsom Sports. I decided to try it because it is endorsed by the NBATA and said formulated especially for sports. Anyways after soaking my ankle for 20 minutes I can tell you that this stuff worked and I felt so much better. Plus it eased the muscle tension from running that day. Everyone should try soaking in epsom salt if you have sore muscles or other minor aches and pains caused by working out!
