I'm wondering about times I eat my food. I am 16 so I party constantly, which usually leads me to waking up around noon. I usually eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, but after that I don't have set times to eat. I wouldn't say I actually eat a designated lunch/dinner. I more or less just eat whenever my tummy is rumbling. I try to watch what I eat of course, but I just need to know if it matters that rather than eating 4-6 actual meals, I'm sortof just snacking throughout the day. Also, should I be drinking a protein shake before bed? I'm not sure the best times to actually drink a protein shake. After I workout I try to eat some kind of protein, but when's the best time for a shake? Thanks
