Height : 5'11"
Weight : 182lb (13 Stone)
Body Fat : 15%
BMI : 25.4

Im Just Starting To Work Out...

  • My Eating Habbits Are "Reasonable"
  • I Cycle Around Ten Miles Per Week
  • I Go To The Gym 2-3 Times A Week For A 2 Hour Session
  • When Im At The Gym I Usually Do 30 Minutes Cardio Then 1 Hour's Weight Training, Then A Further 30 Minutes Cardio To Finish Off.

Can Anyone Estimate How Well I Will Achieve By Doing This ? ( My Main Goal Is To Get Rid Of The "Beer Belly")
 
dude you shouldnt have a beer belly at 17!
1st, do all you CV after. do a 5min light warm up just to get your heart rate up to around 140. You wanna save all your energy for you heavy lifting.

i would concentrate on building muscle. as your muscles grow the fat will just fall off because your metabolizm will speed up.

I dont know how hard your working and what your doing exactly so no1 can say how well it will work.
 
far too much cardio...i don't even do cardio and i can hover at 12 - 14% bodyfat easily...all it will do is use up whatever muscle ur using as i'm pretty sure ur not eating enough to fuel 2hr workouts plus other cycling...u need up to reasonable to clean at least if the bellies gonna go...ur at 15% now which isn't too bad which says to me that all ur fat is in the belly basically...go for 3 full body workouts a week supersettiung lower and upper body exercises for 3 - 4 pairings each session with different exercies each time u go...for cardio do tabata method x 4mins (10secs easy / 20secs hard) where u shoodn't be able to breathe when u finish
