Just Do It!!

I've decided this morning: today is THE day... JUST DO IT!!!

I've been struggling with my weight for the past 9 years. Going up, up and up...

I've been on every diet on this planet, but never reached success. Mostly because I wasn't motivated enough, and also because I still thought of myself as being fine... which I now realize I'm not.

Last week I organized my clothes, and to my shock realized that I used to wear a UK size 12!! Now I only fit into a UK size 28!! What a huge difference!! I started picking up the weight when I met my husband 9 years ago. Now I'm going through a divorce, and am trying to sort out my emotional baggage, and I know as a result I'll also sort out my "fat" baggage. I made a joke the other day that with each gram I loose, I'm going to loose a part of my sad past... and actually it's very true... I hate looking in the mirror, because it reminds me of the wrong choices I made in my life. Now I'm looking forward to change things, and hopefully one of these days I can look into the mirror with newfound confidence and be reminded of this great decision I'm making in my life today... to JUST DO IT!!!

My strategy:
1. Follow Dr. Cohen’s first personal diet
2. Exercise weekly at Curves for at least 3 times a week.
3. Exercise on the Health Walker every day for at least 30 min.
4. Drink 3 liter water per day.
5. Love myself!

Weight:
Heaviest: 156kg (14 June 2006)
Current: 136.8kg (28 Dec 2007)
Fist goal: 119kg
Second goal: 99kg
Third goal: 88kg
Ultimate goal: 74kg

Height: 1.72m
