Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum and have a quick question... Any and all help is appreciated.
Im a 22 male and I'm 5'5" and weigh 163.5 lbs. Im not real overweight, but my areas of interest to slim down are my belly and my "pecs." So far I have lost about five pounds in about the last 2 weeks or so just by drinking water only (pretty much drank cokes exclusively) and beings more active by playing basketball everyday (now that its finally warm outside), and not eating junk food. So basically my question is, as long as I keep doing what I have been, will this continue to work off the weight I want to loose? thanks again everybody!
