Just cant get off the mark

im exercising like never before, exercise bike literaly everynight and im pushing myself to do more and more. Im sitting down having salads whils the family eats junk food and i just cant get of the mark. i think in the last 4 days i have lost a lb.

anyone else go through this at the start of their weightloss?
 
I lost 3 and 3/4 lb my first week but this week (the second week) I seem to be staying at the same weight, although I am only a couple of days in so hopefully will at least lose a lb or 2 by saturday.

How much are you wanting to lose say per week? I've set myself the target of 2 lbs a week which I think is realistic. Keep going and good luck with it!
