just began exercising. changing lifestyle.

20 year old male here. 150 lbs, and 5'1 in height. i know. real bad. but i do want to change and i have started. currently i have done 3 days of 30 minute dance aerobics and changed my diet. rice is a big part of our meals so now, i only take it during lunch and stick to veggies and meat at dinner. i have also began eating oatmeal with fruits at morning. i really want to change my lifestyle and im hoping people here will be able to help me throughout the course of this. i really want to know what im doing wrong, what i should do, and how ill be able to successfully get myself healthy. i basically want to stick to stuff i can do at home. thanks.

you need cardio, strength training, and a good balanced diet to achieve your goals.
 
Yeah, I really love to dance and aerobics is a good outlet to be physically fit. I am 22 years old female and I want to be physically fit and shape up a little bit cause I'm kinda skinny woman.
