Just back today

Hi, i haven't been to the gym in the last 8 weeks. I had glandular fever. It makes you really tired and run down so i was advised to stay away from the training. However i have told now that i can back to the gym now. I usually trained 5 days a week so a bit of a shock not to have done anything in the last 8 weeks. Does anyone have any do's and not to do's when i start back today. thanks in advance
 
Don't...use that hideous yellow, I had to click over it just to see it, haha sorry, anyway, don't expect to have the same numbers as you did before. Don't do the same intensity either, don't max out or do anything crazy for a while, just start slowly.
