my goals are a plenty....
I had a baby 13 years ago, and have been struggling with my weight ever since. It's not that I'm incredibly overweight, but would like to lose 25 lbs to acheive my ultimate goal (my ideal BMI).
I also would like to get my running back...I used to run half marathons, and always said that one day I would run a full marathon (either the Disney World marathon, or the Kananaskis marathon - and hopefully with one of these, qualify to run the Boston maraton). Running those distances takes time, and that's what I'm finding the hardest to find, as it not only takes the time to get the endurance to run those, but the time to build up the muscles through weight training, to prevent injuries.
I also need to get my eating under control...this is ALWAYS the hardest for me as we live in a society that promotes such terrible eating habits, and theres temptation around every corner. Being a shift worker doesn't help either.
I'm also getting married this year, so I'm thinking about taking a couple of bridal boot camp classes to help me with some of these goals.
