Greetings everyone who takes the time to read this. I do not do this often ( join websites of any kind, and post )
I am wanting to get back in shape, I'm a 20 year old male 5'11 275lb, I could name the excuses and reasons why I gained 75 lb, but I'm not on here to share my life story ; ) anyways, I'm a bit confused on some things and would like any feedback.
I am interested in getting leaner, burning fat, keeping muscle.
I workout every day, with 1-2 day breaks.
Monday circuit training 30 minutes
Tuesday chest, triceps, cardio 30 minutes
Wednesday Biceps, back cardio 30 minutes
Thursday Legs, calf cardio 30 minutes
Friday cardio/rest 45 minutes
saturday rest
Sunday Random
I do know about hiit while on cardio, and utilize it often.. My main diet is, lean meats, chicken, fish, bagels, greek yogurt, almonds, whey protein, fruits, veggies..
I guess I'm wondering.. whens the best time to eat the "good" fats, and when to drink my whey shake besides after the wokout, as they are yummy.
Would you recommend a MRP powder? if so, when?
I've been thinking of just using a whey protein and apple/banana as a meal, to cut calories and burn fat faster.
Would you reccommend doing 2 cardio sessions a day?
