Hello all
I am new to these forums and am about to start on my weight loss journey.
Some stats - 300lbs, 33, M, 6'6" tall, 42" waist and about 30% body fat. I am wanting to get to that 15% - 17% BF range and in the 230lb range.
I am naturally a big guy and I have no interest in being skinny. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and able to be active with out sweating and wheezing when I walk up the stairs
I recently had a physical and everything looked ok with exception to my blood pressure 145/93. The doc said we have to keep an eye on that and I might have to go on blood pressure meds
.
I have a couple health issues that I am worried will get in my way of progress. I have asthma and psoratic arthritis. This will effect my ability to do a lot of cardio and to lift heavy weights. I am thinking diet is going to be a key for me. I am a system engineer and work from home so snaking on junk all day is a norm for me.
I hope I can find a lot of good info/tips to help make this journey as successful as possible and I look forward to chatting with you all.
