just a sandwich?

i`ve just had a sandwich all day today, is it really that aufall to eat so little? i just dont feel like any food, i only had 1 meal yesterday aswell.
 
feel like i`m progressing for a diet for life tho, i always thought people were out of there mind when they just had a measly sandwich for there supper.

I don't know about you but when I eat that little, eventually you may become ravenous and eat things you shouldn't. I agree with TikTak- you need to eat 3 balanced meals. There are going to be times when you aren't hungry but two days eating only two meals is not a good habit to get into. You are close to the same weight as me. I started at 255 this time and am 196 currently. My heaviest was 320. Believe me when I say you don't want to crash diet- I have been down that road and it hard to come back again. I know two days doesn't mean you are going to continue this but think of how you got to where you are now. You have lost a lot of weight. Not eating is not going to help you lose weight at all. I think you know that already.

It's pretty specific to your circumstances. For example, the other day I only had one meal because I had indigestion and didn't even want food. That one day did not cause me to go on a ravenous binge.

In fact, some people do better with hunger control if they eat a few larger meals in a fixed period of time. Some people do not, however.

And even if one meal a day might be ok, just a sandwich sounds a little lacking in nutrients and protein. If you're going to that low calorie you have to be really careful or you're entering the malnutrition danger zone. It's the area where you should be talking to your doctor and recording exactly what you eat so you can figure out if you're missing something.
