Hi!

I am Nina, 29 years old. I have some 12-15 pounds to lose, which isn't that much at all, but it turned out to be harder than I thought.

I did the low-carb Dukan diet back in 2009, it worked fine but I felt depressed most of the time. Then I went back to normal eating and I gained back and more. I exercise 3-4 times per week, but I keep overeating, and I cannot lose any weight.

Most of my excess weight is on my belly. People ask me all the time if I am pregnant. It's getting annoying, really :eek:

So I am not as brave or as strong-willed as most of you, guys, but I hope I am welcome here ... :Angel_anim:

Of course you're welcome here! :) Glad you stopped doing the Dukan Diet--It's a waste of time! Simple healthy eating will serve you much better especially with the exercise thrown in!
 
12-15 lbs
that is very very doable. You can get that off in a very short time if you get a healthy plan and a bit of motivation. Most of us on here have further to go. Welcome and good luck.
