one man mission

Hi, i am on a mission to lose weight,

i am 15 n 3/4 am currently 5ft 9 at 96kg. my bmi is about 32 which is not to good.

just joining up at a gym on the 2nd of january (already paid, just gets activated then)

n e hooo, i want to get around to about 75-80kg and as i am still growing it will be a good time to help stretch out the fat aswell. if i reach my goal of about 75-80kg, i want to start building muscle.

hope to continue and talk about my upcoming progress when it all begins.

I definetly recommend you post a diary in the uh...diary section. It definetly helps.
