hmm im not a great believer in anything, (in other words not much faith), but I just really liked this poem. hope this will help u all keep the faith and may all of us reach our goals!

Doubt Sees The Obstacle
Faith Sees The Way
Doubt Sees The Darkest Night
Faith Sees The Day
Doubt Dreads To Take Step
Faith Soars On High
Doubt Asks, " Who Believes?"

hey hayley_cookie, i so loved the poem when i started loosing wait the first thing that came was faith, faith in me faith in the upper power and faith in the ones i love, when someone askes me how did you loose the weight i always tell them, "eat right, drink loads of water, excersise, and prey".
