hi there, just wanted to introduce myself and the I'm off to read through the forum.
After dreaming of myself in my old form and picturing in my head that same form, I looked in the mirror yesterday and saw me...the now me.
I'm 41, 5'2 and just stepped on the scales at 203 lbs. Everything hurts...my legs, my entire body and my chest. My knees are having trouble when I walk and I find myself sitting for longer and longer periods...not helping the problem. I am truly afraid I will die if I don't do somthing drastic. I was told the other week that I had small deposits of fat on my liver.
I'm tired and refuse to buy clothing at this size. To be honest, I have no clue what size I am. Last time I looked, I was a 5 hahaha...so guess what, I'm running out of one size fits all clothing as they wear out bit by bit. Now here I sit, middle aged, chubby and no clothes LOL
I started a low calorie diet today to start things quickly. I'm no stranger to fitness and nutrition, so I'm at a loss as to why I let this happen to me. Mixed with fresh fruit and veges, and along with vitamins, I feel the protein shake will be okay.
It came down to this...do I want to feel hungry for a little while, or do I want to have a heart attack or stroke. This isn't funny anymore and I'm beyond making jokes at myself.
