Hello I'm Andrew,
I've started my work out adventure recently for the simple fact I've been to big for to long and living in denial about my actual size. My mind thinks i'm Brad Pitt while my eye's see i'm actually Louie Anderson. I'm 6'3 - 350lbs - Semi Active - and stuck in the dairy state where cheese, burgers, sausage and beer flow like a waterfal and became and a main dish for almost every meal. I've began a routine of free weights and Insanity workout for the past 2 weeks (down 5lb so far). I do pace myself not to over do it and hurt/pull something and this isn't the first time I've done the Beach Body workouts before giving up after a week. My diet as of right now is no soda, sweets, sugar (even in my coffee), and eventually start drinking homemade juices to almost supercharge my body.
The biggest question I have as of right now is there any way possible to help shrink my skin along with my weight loss so when its all said and done i'm not left with it hanging around my mid section??? And are there any workouts that actually help with skin reduction
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you folks!!!
