Junk food days?

Do you ever just feel the need to eat some junk... you know like candy, chips, pizza and well everything we were eating BEFORE the weight loss? I feel if I did not I indulge every now and then I would not have been successful.:drooling: So if you do... what food do you love to indulge in when you want to be naughty?:jump:

Mine is mainly chocolate or candies and sometimes Pizza. I of course make up for this by working my bum off the next day at the gym, but I am always careful not to consume so much that I'd gain a pound. Right now being so close to Halloween, I am really stuck on the candy corn and cream pumpkins haha.
 
Well yeah. I don't think we'd be human if we didn't have some sort of "junk" once in awhile.

I think the key is to figure it into your "diet" or lifestyle.

I know Body For Life (and other programs) suggest one "splurge" day where you don't count calories and you eat what you want. Of course from what I've read, generally that's just one meal or one treat - not the whole day - but it could be. It helps your body to adjust and may even drop some unwanted pounds. Of course, you would have to have the ability to not indulge like this all the time - or I think you probably should refrain from it.
 
A whole day of indulging would make me feel horrible at the end of the day I think but every once in a while a treat is nice.
 
Personally speaking... I lurve me some dove dark chocolate or York peppermint patties. :drooling: I dare NOT deprive myself of goodies. :D

I love sweet tarts<3 .. I usually have a treat once a day, and some days I will give in and eat something like pizza( In small amounts) or things like that. I fit it into my daily calorie intake :D... I am not cutting that stuff out of my life completely, but I did cut back a huge amount.. and it has made a big big difference ;)
 
Yes some days I just want to buy a bag of frozen white starchy potatoey french fries and bake the whole bag. Sit and dip them in BBQ, Ketchip, and braggs. Or I will eat literally a whole quart of "So Delicious Chocolate Velvet" ice cream in 2 days. Mostly with diet cherry pepsi. And don't forget the twizzler straw.... hmm sugar and fat and starch. *drools*

As long as its not everyday.... (usually once a month for me *winks*)

My roommates and I just go onto a vegan recipe site, find a dessert recipe.. and go for it. Sometimes its a tofu cheesecake and sometimes its homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream.. heck we made a cake the other night.

One time we made fudge brownies with carmel icing. *droooooools*

I better stop talking and go eat some fruit.

 
I've cut back, but i could never say goodbye to potato chips, im in love!

Saturday is my junk day, i rent movies and i have to have some kind of junk with it or it just doesn't feel right.
