which one is better? jumping jacks, running in place..or fake jump rope? i need some good advice about this one cuz i need to burn fat and i do yoga but i need goood cardio from home cuz i dont go to the gym and i hate videos. help? btw how many reps etc. should i do of watever u pick? for jump rope i do 600 jumps/reps. same with jumping jacks. i want to increase it after a while cuz right now my throat starts hurting after a while cuz of breathing hard
