Alright, today was such a good day. I went to the gym for the first time in a month, I honestly wanted to ask myself why I had even stopped going I just love it so much. You feel a sense of accomplishment after a great workout. Plus I ate pretty good today, my only problem was not drinking enough water but tomorrow I'm going to work on it. I am going to get up tomorrow bright and early and get a good workout in. Than possibly if there's a great class going on later on after dinner I may attend it. Not gonna lie I'm starting to get addicted to this site, I cant wait to get home from work to check it lol:)
