So far today I got in My 45 Mins Of carido 3 8oz glasses of water.. And had a light lunch
 
Hey Js...welcome to the forum.

Your goal is about a pound a week - very attainable. Your plan sounds good! Good luck!
 
OK heres A bit about me!
I started My weight loss journey about a year ago... But about 3 months ago I fell Off the Wagon and gained it all back.. This time I am Vary determined to keep off for good!

I think my biggest problem is I would eat good during the week and then go crazy on the weekends.. also I jumped into the work out rutine really fast and got burned out on it and then i did not want to do it anymore.

This time around I'm going to take it one day at a time. and not jump into it soo fast....

*My Challenge*
(for the month of April)

Is to go to the gym for at least 1 Hour 5 days a week
and spend 30-1hr doing carido/30mins on weights 3 days a week

Today was great :D So far so good With the 45 mins for exercise..

I did 50mins on the tread mill
100 crunches
And some arm work!
 
Today was Pretty good 60mins at the gym on the treadmill.. Starting Monday I'm going to start adding weight training into the mix 3 days a week. Also Mondays Are now weigh in days (Hides)
 
You and I have about the same weight loss goal.
Pretty impressed with your determination!

So far so good today.. Sorry I have not updated In a few days I have been busy Working in my yard While its nice! Pulling weeds is good exercise lol

*Morning work out*
45 mins on the treadmill (310 cal)
*Weights*
Inner and outer thigh
Front and back thigh
And Leg press
Crunches (100) Upper and lower

Current Weight (165) According to the gym scale..Wee Lost 5 Pounds woot:D

I'm soo proud Of myself I went to the bar with some friends and I did not have any drinks! Well one but it was pop I had a sprite that was it... I'm soo happy :) :)
 
Congrats on the weightloss Js! :D That's great! And terrific willpower at the bar! Keep it up girl! Your doing great.

I did not do to great on sat.. It was a friends Birthday and we went out to a piano bar. And I had one drink and like 2 glasses of pop witch I never drink..
And the rest of the weekend went good..

As for today I'm going to skip the gym and do some yard work I have alot of stuff I need to dig up and mow my yard. So I'm just going to put on my HR montor and call it good for today.. I'll Post An update later today :)

250cal burned pulling weeds! I need to do more yard work lol
I mowed the yard too But I forgot to turn on my HR monitor oops..
 
Oh man...yard work - I so actively avoid that ;)

Thank you!.. I'm not much for yard work either.. but it was looking pretty darn sad .. not to mention it was 70 outside.. I think Once I get some plants I wont mind the yard work but theres really nothing to do but weed and mow the yard lol I have like 3 plants hah my rose bush.. My new lemon tree and some trees a friend gave me from some starts
 
Sorry I have not posted In a week I have been busy trying to find a different job... I just walked for an hour and 26 mins... And I burned 662 kals It was a 3 mile walk With 1 mile being a vary steep grade.. it felt really good to get up at 6am and do that walk!!!!!!:D :D
 
wowee awesome stuff sweetie!! looks like you'll have another big loss at the end of this week with all the exercise you are doing. keep us posted about it :) x
 
My Dog got out of my yard and I had to go into my neighbors yard to get her (they never mow their grass) and i did not see the poison Ive there and i ran threw It and now its all over the inside of both my legs :-( And I ich soo bad now!.. This is not going to be a fun weekend..
