Hey all! I just started posting on these forums and I'd like to share with y'all my starting photo and current photos!

The first photo was taken 3 years ago, literally a week or so before I began working out. I weighed 315 pounds. This picture is the only one I have from this time. I carry it around in my wallet as motivation!

And here I am today: ~50 pounds lighter

I look kinda goofy in my side view. I tried to take one more to show how much my stomach has shrunk.

It's been a long and hard journey to get where I am, but it's been worth it. So for anyone who experiences those huge setbacks (who hasn't really?) remember, stick to it and it'll all be worth it in the end.

BTW my current goal weight is 240. Right now I'm about 264. I know this is different for everyone but does anyone have a weight they think would be good for me? I'm a male, 6'7, 21 years old. I've never really had a certain weight in mind for my goal because I've never known what a good weight for someone my size is. Thanks all!

Hey there,

first off welcome to the WLF! Your pix and accomplishments are amazing! Keep up the good work and you'll definitely reach your weight goal. :) All the best...

Wow thanks for sharing! I love seeing this kind of the before & in between/after pics! When I reach my goal I will share for sure, I can't wait!

Thanks for posting your pics. I started at a similar weight and am just in the beginning still. It's great to see how you have progressed.
Great job and keep up the hard work!

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! I've started a diary, and I'll try to post in as many others as I can and give advice and motivation. Hopefully I'll receive some myself! Thank you all so much!

I just saw these pictures but I had to take a double look, you look amazing so far!!! I'm still in chock honestly and you dont even look 265, i look bigger than you and i'm 246.2 >.< Keep up the great work!!

Excellent job! I was wondering how you carried 265 so well, then I read 6'7. I would think 225-240 would be an ok weight for that height, but I am pulling that number out the air.
