Journey to kick the sweat pants

Well today was not bad at all. I decided I am going to stop drinking soda and fast food, no chocolate. You know the basic weight loss enemies. Lol. I went to Target and bought the Biggest Loser workout DVD. Oh man....I did the first 5 min warm up and the 20 minute cardio 1. When it was time for the cardio 2 I had to turn it off. :ack2: I was sweating so hard and my body was so sore. I didn't want to beat my body to shreds in the first day so I turned it off. I can hardly wait to do it again though. I highly recommend it. I am going to go out and buy the Biggest Loser Boot Camp one. I really gained all this weight from over eating and doing absolutely no exercise so hopefully if I start eating right and working out I can see some changes soon. I know this is going to be a long journey but I am ready for this. I would like to lose about 2 pounds a week. So my current weight is 198. I think I will do like a weekly weigh in. I'm going to do that because otherwise I will be on the scale before and after every meal tring to see results.:toetap05: well I plan on writing every night and maybe if I feel the urge to eat a hamburger ir something I will get on and write. This site really motivates me. Well Good night everyone. I will try and figure out how to put up pictures. I probably won't be able to figure it out. Lol. Any help would be sooooo appreciated!! I am not sure if I want to because I am so ashamed. I will blur out my face of course but I'm still worried about my body on sites making fun of me. I know I shouldn't care. Oh well!!
