I am one of those people that lose weight REALLY quickly when active yet gain it ALL BACK when I go off the active range. 
Anyway, I am getting BACK into shape and going to run later today!
My plan is to approach this weight-loss different than I did in the past. In the past, I strictly went by running
Now, I am going to incorporate lifting weights 2 times a week. I hate lifting weights in the past but I realize that JUST RUNNING isn't working for me in the long run
Maybe if I start to enjoy weights, I will go 3 times a week
I am a hefty man at the moment
