Joint Issues

Try a supplement with condroitin, glucosamine and MSM.

And be sure you do at least one higher rep (active recovery) type exercise session for each problem joint once a week as well as some stretching. I have had a lot of knee problems in the past and found that doing 2 sets of 15 reps leg extension and leg curl at the beginning of one of my lower body sessions once a week is a big help.

As stated in conversation-
Tropical Oasis's Joint Complete+fish oil=happy joints

I <3 Tropical Oasis's Joint Complete because along with the glucosamine, chondroiton, and MSM, it has hyaluronic acid.

Yeah, I really like Source Naturals; they're a great company. I wish they had more glucosamine and MSM in there. I also wish they had hyaluronic acid in there as I feel it's a great product for joint health.

I'd still go wtih teh Tropical Oasis but you couldn't go wrong with either one...specially since it has Tumeric and stuff in it.
